I just had a phone interview with a family in Lehi that has two boys, 5 and 3. It went really well, and I'm feeling really peaceful and happy about it.
Why nanny, you may ask. Why nanny when you're a smart girl, you've had successful desk jobs that make you bank, you could do this or that or blah blah blah...
Answer: I hated my desk job. I loved being a nanny. I liked watching a person grow and learn because I helped them! I LOVED watching kids gain my good traits, and was humbled when they gained my bad ones. I want to be a mom one day, and since I was the baby of my family being a nanny is the best training I've ever had.
Yes, I think I'll nanny.
