Yaaaay I got the nanny gig! I'm actually sitting in their kitchen right now. The 5 yr old is at kindergarten for another hour, but I'm getting the 3 yr old from playtime in ten minutes. During the day I have 2 hours to clean, use the computer, do whatever. Right now I'm having some oatmeal and listening to Friendly Fires.
I'm nervous for the rest of the day, since all I have planned is: pick them up, have lunch, have quiet time, then possibly drive to Provo and go sledding? I don't know! I have to entertain them for 5 hours, and I want it to be active, outside, and waaay fun so by the time their parents get home the boys are happy and tired.
I'm excited to be here! This job is way nice, and the family is awesome so far.
The 3 yr old is in a karate phase right now, so he headbutts EVERYTHING. Puzzle pieces, pillows, crackers before he eats them. It is really entertaining.

Brooke, congrats, and have fun! Boys will be a whole new ballgame for you after Nikki's girlie-girls :) I see lots of racing and karate and superheroes in your future!

LOTS of energy burning activities! :) And the karate chop thing is pretty normal for boys, lol.
