Angry

I feel like throwing a tantrum all the time. I miss my mom.

Do it! Do a good old screaming, kicking, punching, crying tantrum. Yell whatever you want to really say with no reserve. Sometimes crying your eyes out isn't enough. You will know you are done when you feel the avalanche of words, tears and emotions subside. Be sure to throw said tantrum in the safety of a room with minimal breakables, plenty of pillows, and other cushy objects. There is no need to break toes or hands:)

kickboxing and swearing do it for me...not necessarily at the same time, but sometimes it helps to go somewhere where you can be alone and just yell and scream and throw in a few good swears. yell out loud what you're feeling.

some people might judge, but everyone copes different ways.
