last.fm

In case you haven't noticed, I have a widget over there on the right side of my blog that displays the most recent music my last.fm account has scrobbled.

VOCAB BREAK DOWN
widget: (noun) little display program that you can move via html
scrobble: (verb) to record any and all music/media that I have heard/seen
last.fm: (noun) my favorite scrobbling site

(don't be impressed by the lingo, I'm only computer savvy when it comes to music)

I highly recommend getting an account with this website for music lovers of ALL levels. The site records what you're listening to, gives you a weekly, monthly, and overall breakdown of your most listened to bands/songs, and suggests music that you will like based on your library. You can also read band bios and listen to song samples.

My username is my80toes. If you make an account, the site will tell you how compatible we are musically by comparing our music libraries.
