LISTEN TO THE BLOODY BEETROOTS

I AM IN THE BEST MOOD RIGHT NOW.

I think it's a combo of the cold weather+my promotion+way good music

I LOVE THE COLD. It makes me feel like running and playing and falling in love.

I LOVE my promotion! I already feel waaaay more in control of my day to day tasks, and I'm making more money and it is AWESOME.

I LOVE: The Bloody Beetroots! Alaska in Winter! Hot Chip! Empire of the Sun! Annie! Drop the Lime (WHO WAS SO GOOD LIVE)!

Honestly, I haven't had a day that was so fun and relaxed and happy and just NORMAL since before the break up.

I really have been hurting the past few weeks, and I know it's going to take a while to totally heal (given the messy nature of our break up) but I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Nikki is engaged! Kristina has an awesome job! Calee is a cradle robber! Today I feel cute and fun and smart! LIFE IS SO GOOD!

I don't think I've realized how insecure and timid breaking up with Mancandy made me...but now?

I've gotten asked out FIVE TIMES IN THE PAST 4 DAYS. BY ACCEPTABLE HOTTIES.

Watch out Provo. Last time I was in Provo during the fall was madness.

And this time, I'm blonde.

p.s. i recieved a text that my Everyman's Journal was in Golden Gate Park, SF. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helloooo happy Brooke! Nice to see you again. I hope you will be staying for a while. I'm glad your life is on an upswing:) Your journal idea is amazing. What a great idea to connect with the world. Once it is full you should submit a story to NPR... seriously.
